Sinopsis The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

        Sudah nonton belum edisi kedua dari sekuel The Hobbit ini? ya.. ternyata film lanjutan edisi pertama (An Unexpected Journey)  ini bukanlah menjadi cerita terakhir dari The Hobbit sendiri, akan ada satu edisi pamungkas lagi sebelum dilanjutkan ke film "Lord of The Rings" yang akan dibuat di Selandia Baru.

        Film karya "Peter Jackson" edisi kedua ini sendiri berceritakan tentang para Dwarf (kurcaci) bersama Bilbo Baggins dan juga Gandalf yang dipimpin oleh Thorin melanjutkan perjalanan dan pencarian mereka menuju kota asal leluhur mereka "Erebor" yang telah direbut sang Naga (Smaug)



     






           Diawal cerita, Bilbo, Gandalf, Thorin dan para kurcaci sedang mencari jalan turun dari pegunungan berkabut. Kemudian berjumpa dengan kawanan warg (serigala liar), kemudian Eagles datang menyelamatkan mereka dan kemudia bertemu dengan Beorn, manusia yang dapat berubah wujud jadi beruang.

           Setelah cukup beristirahat, kemudian mereka harus melanjutkan perjalanan kembali melewati hutan Mirkwood guna menghindari kejaran para warg. Namun tiba-tiba Gandalf memutuskan untuk berpisah dengan kawanan kurcaci dan berjanji akan menemui mereka di gunung Erebor tempat Naga "Smaug" tertidur.





           Dalam perjalanannya melewati hutan Mirkwood dimana para Peri (Elf) tinggal, mereka harus menghadapi banyak laba-laba raksasa terlebih dahulu. Semua kurcaci tertangkap oleh kawanan laba-laba raksasa. Bilbo yang sudah mengetahui kekuatan dari cincin "Sauron", yakni tidak dapat terlihat oleh siapapun, datang menolong para kurcaci yang sudah tak berdaya lagi akibat tergulung oleh jaring kawanan laba-laba.

           Disaat kawanan laba-laba yang lain mulai berdatangan, tiba-tiba para elf (peri) dipimpin oleh Legolas dan Tauriel datang membunuh semua kawanan laba-laba tersebut. Tokoh Tauriel sendiri sebenarnya tidak ada dalam novel asli dari kisah novel The Hobbit Sendiri. Tokoh Tauriel dibuat agar cerita ini terasa lebih sempurna.





           Kelompok para kurcaci pun akhirnya menjadi sandera bangsa peri. Thorin sebagai pemimpin kelompok kurcaci sempat ditawarkan bantuan bangsa peri, dengan syarat batu Arkenstone. Namun Thorin menolaknya, mengingat pengkhianatan bangsa peri terhadap perjanjian dengan leluhurnya dahulu.

           Bilbo yang tidak tertangkap karena kekuatan dari cincin itu sendiri akhirnya datang membebaskan para kurcaci. Belum sempat menyelamatkan diri dari istana peri, usaha pelarian para kurcaci diketahui oleh para peri dan terus mengejar mereka. Banyak cerita lucu dari peran kawanan kurcaci sendiri seperti biasa pada sesi ini. Mereka harus masuk kedalam tong dan kabur melewati sungai bawah istana peri.

           Usaha pelarian mereka sempat terhambat karena jalan satu-satunya melewati gerbang sungai ditutup para peri. Namun sesaat sebelum tertangkap lagi, tiba-tiba para orc datang menyerang. Akhirnya kili berhasil membuka gerbang meskipun kakinya terkena panah beracun.







           Akhirnya mereka tiba di kota tengah danau. Kejutan hadir disini dengan hadirnya Bard si pemanah. Meskipun dengan susah payah menyelundup, akhirnya mereka berhasil masuk kedalam kota. Para mata-mata raja pun mengetahui ada penyusup datang di kotanya.

           Akhirnya Thorin dan para kurcaci bertemu dengan raja dan para penduduk di tengah kota. Thorin sebagai pewaris kerajaan bawah gunung "Erebor" meminta pada raja untuk membantu mereka membiarkan pergi ke gunung tempat naga Smaug tertidur. Meskipun ditentang keras oleh Bard karena takut Smaug akan bangun kembali dan bisa saja merusak kota Danau, Akhirnya raja membiarkan mereka pergi, meskipun tidak semua kurcaci pergi karena kili hampir mati akibat panah beracun. Akhirnya 3 kurcaci tinggal sementara di kota Danau.

            Ternyata pasukan orc berhasil menyusup juga ke dalam kota danau, dan melaporkan bahwa kelompok kurcaci sudah pegi ke istana Erebor. Mereka yang mengetahui masih ada kurcaci tersisa di kota tersebut menyerang ke rumah Bard. Disaat itulah Legolas dan Tauriel datang menolong.

             Setelah menghabisi pasukan orc yang menyerang rumah Bard, Legolas pergi mengejar orc yang melarikan diri, sementara Tauriel menolong Kili yang sudah sekarat dan hampir mati. Mungkin Tauriel sudah menaruh hati pada Kili sehingga lebih memilih menolong kili daripada ikut mengejar orc yang tersisa. Legenda obat manjur yang dilakukan bangsa peri ternyata benar adanya. Kili pun kemudian pulih.

              Meskipun orc yang tersisa terkejar, namun akhirnya komandan orc tersebut dapat juga kabur dari kota danau. Sementara itu, Gandalf yang terpisah dari kelompok kurcaci pergi ke daerah Dol Guldur bersama seorang temannya. Setelah sampai di Gol Guldur, ia menyuruh temannya pergi. Akhirnya disini muncul Necromancer, yakni bentuk lain dari Sauron pada film trilogi "Lord of the Rings". Gandalf terjebak oleh orc mencoba melarikan diri. Kemudian dia berhadapan dengan Necromancer dan kemudian kalah dan tertangkap.







               Kelompok kurcaci yang telah sampai di bawah gunung mencari jalan yang diramalkan dalam ramalan. Bilbo Balgi lagi-lagi menjadi penolong pada sesi ini. Setelah menemukan jalan yang dimaksud akhirnya mereka menaiki tangga setapak di bawah gunung.

               Setelah mencapai puncaknya mereka harus menemukan lubang kunci pintu pada dinding gunung sebelum terlambat, karena menurut ramalan mereka harus membuka pintu disaat cahaya terakhir hari (aduh lupa nama julukan harinya), karena itulah saat terakhir pintu tersebut dapat dibuka. Disaat matahari hampir terbenam mereka pun mulai panik karena lubang kunci untuk membuka pintu belum ditemukan. Akhirnya langit mulai gelap dan matahari sudah tenggelam.

               Para kurcaci dan Thorin pun akhirnya pasrah dan menyerah karena sudah tidak mungkin lagi akan berhasil kemudia membuang kunci tersebut dan mulai meninggalkan pintu tersebut. Bilbo yang belum menyerah lantas berpikir kata-kata yang dimaksud dalam ramalan tersebut. Akhirnya dia sadar, cahaya terakhir yang di maksud adalah cahaya bulan dimana lubang pintu tersebut pasti terlihat. Bilbo yang untuk kesekian kalinya jadi penolong pun akhirnya berteriak bahwa pintu sudah ditemukan.

               Bilbo yang terkenal sebagai pencuri ulung pun ditugaskan mengambil batu arkenstone didalam istana berdiamnya smaug. Alangkah terkejutnya ia seluruh isi istana berisikan emas.Bilbo pun mulai mencari batu yang dimaksud. Karena ceroboh akhirnya naga "Smaug" terbangun kembali..!!

               Meskipun dapat menghilang dengan bantuan cincin Sauron tersebut, Smaug dapat mengetahui adanya Bilbo dengan penciumannya. Mengetahui bahwa sang naga tidak bisa dibunuh dengan senjata biasa, karena tubuhnya yang sangat keras, melainkan dengan panah legenda bangsa kurcaci yang sekarang jumlahnya sangat terbatas dan tidak diketahui dimana panah itu sekarang, Bilbo secara tidak sengaja melihat bekas luka pada naga, yakni ada sisik dari naga yang terlepas. Berarti dulu saat naga Smaug menyerang Erebor, ada sebuah panah yang diceritakan mengenai Smaug. Meskipun belum membunug Smaug dan hanya berhasil melepaskan satu sisik naga.  Akhirnya Thorin dan para kurcaci masuk juga kedalam Istana setelah merasakan gempa dan mendengar auman naga.

               Kejar-kejaran pun terjadi antara naga Smaug dan kelompok kurcaci. Kemudian para kurcaci masuk kedalam ruangan dimana banyak mayat-mayat leluhur mereka. Kelompok kurcaci berhasil menjebak Smaug dalam perangkap dan menyiramnya dengan timah panas.

               Namun itu ternyata tidak mempan pada Smaug. Sang Naga yang sudah sangat marah kemudian terbang meninggalkan istana dan pergi menyerang kota tengah Danau, meninggalkan kelompok kurcaci yang pasrah melihat sang Naga pergi menyerang kota yang baru saja mereka datangi tersebut. Akhirnya apa yang ditakutkan pun terjadi...!!

                Nah penasaran bukan bagaimana kelanjutan kejadiannya? saya pun demikian.. dan harus menunggu berbulan-bulan lagi lanjutan seri ketiganya..

                Meskipun begitu, pada film ini tetap kita berikan jempol. Ada banyak kelebihan yang dibuat daripada film-film sebelumnya, bahkan film sekuel lanjutannya "Lord of the Rings". Film ini sendiri dibandingkan film pendahulunya lebih bagus dari sisi audio, tampilan visual pada filmnya, interaksi antar pemain, alur cerita, durasi film yang lebih lama namun tidak membosankan bahkan membuat kita terus fokus menonton menebak apa kira-kira yang selanjutnya bakal terjadi, meskipun dalam film ini kita belum melihat ada adegan perang besar seperti film-film pendahulunya.

                Skenario yang dirancang sang sutradara "Peter Jackson" sendiri sangat luar biasa dimana efek 3D yang ditayangkan di beberapa sesi sangat nyetel dengan alur cerita filmnya. Saya rasa film ini akan kembali memenangkan banyak penghargaan lagi seperti film pendahulunya. Selain dengan pemosisian kamera yang tepat, kru yang hampir 100% sama seperti film sebelumnya juga menjadi nilai tambah dalam film ini.

                 Saya sendiri mohon maaf bila ada kesalahan dan kekurangan dalam bercerita kembali karena itu saya ambil dari apa yang saya ingat setelah saya menontonnya. Tapi saya jamin Anda puas setelah menontonnya walaupun pada bagian endingnya akan membuat anda penasaran..

                                            Synopsis The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug


        Have you already watching the second edition of this sequel to The Hobbit ? yes ..            On his way through the forest of Mirkwood where the Elves ( Elf ) live , they have to face a lot of giant spiders first. All the dwarves caught by a herd of giant spiders .                 Even so , the film is fixed we give up . There are many advantages that are made ​​than the previous films , even the sequel movie sequel " The Lord of the Rings " . The film itself better than its predecessor in terms of audio , visual appearance in the film , the interaction between the players , the storyline , the film duration is longer but not boring even make us continue to focus watch roughly guess what is going to happen next , even though the this movie scenes we have not seen any major war like its predecessor films .

                Scenarios designed the director " Peter Jackson " itself is remarkable where the 3D effect is shown in several sessions are very tuned with the movie storyline . I think this movie will win many awards back again like its predecessor .
